② Knowledge of alloyed cold rolled steel sheet. This steel sheet is also manufactured by the hot-dip method, but immediately after it is out of the tank, it is heated to about 500 ° C to form an alloy coating of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability;

③ Knowledge of electric cold rolled steel sheet. Knowledge of manufacturing such cold-rolled steel plates by electroplating has good workability. But the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet;

④ Knowledge of single-sided plating and double-sided differential cold-rolled steel sheet. Knowledge of single-sided cold-rolled steel sheet, that is, products that are galvanized on only one side. In welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. 1. Hydrogen reduction galvanizing Hydrogen reduction galvanizing was invented in 1937. Hydrogen reduction galvanizing lays the foundation for modern continuous galvanizing. The products produced by the hydrogen reduction method have better appearance quality and galvanized layer bonding force than the solvent method galvanization. After galvanizing, the strip enters the heating reduction furnace after being pickled, and the hydrogen oxide is used to reduce the oxide film produced by the pickling. During the heating and reducing process, a sponge-like reducing layer is generated on the surface of the steel sheet. After entering the zinc pot, It can produce a layer of zinc-iron alloy with good two-way bonding force and uniformity, which greatly increases the adhesion of the zinc layer, which also determines the high energy consumption cost of its galvanizing method.

2. Ammonium chloride solvent galvanizing was invented in 1837. For products using the ammonium chloride solvent production process, because the ammonium chloride solvent method galvanization does not have a heating reduction process, its appearance quality and galvanized layer surface binding force is slightly worse than that of hydrogen reduction galvanization. This also determines that the energy consumption cost of the galvanizing method is lower than that of the hydrogen reduction method.
